On May 7, 2007, AC Milan's defender Alessandro Nesta married his fiancée, Gabriela Pagnozzi, 28, in a civil ceremony in Milan; the religious ceremony followed on May 30, 2007, in Ravello. She is a specialist in economics and was working for "Casa Italia", the headquarters of the Azzurri, during the 1998 FIFA World Cup at France.
